Today also marks the 36th anniversary of the The SR-71 Blackbird setting the record for flying from New York to London in the time of 1 hour, 54 minutes and 56.4 seconds… a record it still holds.
This isn’t to say that it hasn’t already been a good one, but… “as it is written, so shall it be!”

Another work week begins. I’m trying to decide if it’s going to be a full 40-hour week or if it’s trending towards 36 or less. At this point, I’m feeling like the “36-” idea sounds pretty damned good.

Yesterday, SaraRules and I - along with her parents - went down to the Utah Arts Festival. Even for the third day of the event, the turnout seemed good. Aside from just wanting to attend the festival, we were also looking for some art with which we would decorate the house. No luck.
